At the CES 2024 conference, Roon which recently became part of the Harman International concern , presented a new flagship server, Nucleus Titan . It replaced another top model – Plus .
In a press release, the device’s developers said that the new server “combines cutting-edge performance and breathtaking aesthetics.” True, the document does not contain real photographs of the server, only its image decomposed into its component parts.

The server has a passive cooling system, which means there are no fans in its case. Buyers will be able to choose one of several volumes of installed solid state drive (exclusively SSD ): 2 GB, 4 GB or 8 GB. Connectivity options are represented by several connectors, including USB-C , USB-A and HDMI .
There will be three body options on the market: wood, metal and artificial stone. The developers also noted that Nucleus Titan is the only server in the world designed specifically for Roon , a software package for playing music and managing audio recordings.
